Refund and Return Policy

The following policy is subject to our overall Terms and Conditions.  In the case of discrepancy, our Terms and Conditions take precedence.

All products provided, unless otherwise stated, have manufacturer's warranties against product defects.  If the item that you have purchased has been identified to be defective, please contact us and we will advise how to return the product to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.  It should be noted that most manufacturer's DO NOT pay for shipping of the product back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

If the product that you have purchased is not fit for purpose please contact us so that we can discuss the matter further.  In some instances we will provide you with a credit note so you can purchase another item (on return of the products in good condition to us) or you may be offered a full refund if the product has not been opened / used.  In some instances a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may be charged.

The bottom line is that we want to ensure that you are satisfied and happy with your purchase.  Please contact us before you take action to return a product as we will need to provide you with a Return Authorization Number and, in many instances, your return may need to be sent directly to the manufacturer rather than back to us.  A simple call to us will help to make sure your return is handled correctly.
