Pricing and Product Information

All prices are Australian dollar (AU$) amounts, unless shown otherwise, and include Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax which is 10%).  Purchases made will be billed in Australian Dollars only. The US dollar price (US$) shown on the web site is for reference purposes only.  Because of the dynamic nature of this industry (e.g. exchange rate variations and other variables beyond our control), prices, versions, product details and availability are subject to change on a continual basis without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, currency fluctuations and other issues with our suppliers may result in unforseen changes to advertised information.

For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.

Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, please check specification and compatibility with the manufacturer prior to purchasing. Although our staff can offer advice, they cannot confirm product compatibility. Goods ordered by fax or post will be charged at the current price at the time of receipt.

Academic & Government Pricing & Availability

For individuals: when purchasing academic, educational or government licensed product, it is a requirement of the manufacturer that proof of student enrolment or employment from an educational institution or government department is supplied. Simply email proof of identification (refer below) stating your web order number to orders@telephonelinesharing.com or fax (03) 8648 5999. Alternatively, mail to

Please note that product cannot be dispatched until required information is received and approved. Academic, educational or government product may not be used for commercial purposes.

Proof of enrolment/employment must either be a copy of an official photo identification card from the education institution or official documentation from the educational institution's registration office or government department verifying that the individual is a current student/employee of the institution at the time of purchase. For Microsoft products, if the official identification card does not include a photograph of the student/employee, the copy of the identification card must be accompanied by a secondary photo identification. Please include your web order number together with proof of identification to aid our processing of your order.

For Charity, Education or Government Institutes: Discounts may be offered on a number of products or services for officially recognised education institutes, charities, not-for-profit agencies, and government organisations.  Please fax your purchase request to Sales at (03) 8648 5999 or alternatively e-mail your request to orders@telephonelinesharing.com and we will provide you with a quote for the requested items advising of any discounts you may be eligible for.  All discounts provided are at the discretion of Frontier Solutions and are valid only for goods purchased against that quotation.

Payment Method

For online orders we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB and American Express. If an account is set up, you may place an order on your account (see 'Credit Accounts' below). Alternatively, please call (03) 8684 9932 to order with another form of payment.

eWay Secure Internet Payment Service

The eWay Secure Internet Payment Service is an Internet payment gateway that enables secure online authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. The service offers Industry Standards Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption which is integrated into our web site. Credit card authorisation and processing is handled by St.Georges Bank.

How does it work?

Once the customer have chosen the goods and services that are to be purchased from our web site, click on the 'Payment Button', which transfers the customer to the eWay Secure Internet Payment Service payment page. Input credit card details, confirm the transaction amount and acknowledge the terms and conditions of the service. A transaction record is generated advising if the transaction was approved or declined. Print or save this transaction record. At the same time, an e-mail confirmation is forwarded to you. The customer is automatically transferred back to Frontier Solutions' web site.

Credit Accounts

Accounts may be opened for Government Departments, Education and selected incorporated businesses, subject to credit checks. Previous trading history a must (Australian or New Zealand Government Departments excepted). Please call (03) 8684 9932 (or email orders@telephonelinesharing.com) to have a Credit Application sent to you. Goods shall remain the property of Frontier Solutions until such time as the customer has paid the full price of the goods.

Conditions of Delivery

In most instances, freight charges are calculated on the basis of weight of goods and location of delivery. Select the products to be purchased, 'Submit Order' and freight charges will be calculated. Approximate freight charges (for goods being shipped to Australian addresses) are as follows: Under 5kg $10; 5-15kg (e.g. printer) $18; Over 15kg (e.g. system) $30.  Goods, that are specially sourced from overseas, will attract higher delivery charges. Customer will be advised if additional shipping charges are applicable during the check-out process or on the quotation provided by Frontier Solutions.

Special freight offers may be available as advertised on various advertisements from time to time. Please enter the appropriate coupon code in the menu when ordering online to activate such an offer.

We dispatch 95% of orders same business day for products in stock. Orders dispatched by courier must be received no later than 9:30am (AEST) for same day pickup with delivery the next business day.  For orders being sent by post (including ExpressPost) the cut-off time is 3:30pm (AEST) An authorised signatory may be required at the delivery address to sign for and receive the goods. Photo identification may also be requested.

The goods shall be at the customer's risk from the date of delivery or the date upon which the customer is notified the goods are available for delivery, whichever comes first. Frontier Solutions shall use its best endeavours to meet the anticipated supply date or to supply the goods as soon as reasonably possible. If the customer fails or refuses to take delivery of the goods, the customer shall be liable for all loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) suffered or incurred by Frontier Solutions as a result thereof, including all storage and handling costs and Frontier Solutions, at its discretion may charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.

International Orders

Payment by cheque or direct deposit only. Insurance for delivery of goods is required for all international orders. Allow ten working days for cheque or direct deposit clearance.

Logon Name and Password Confidentiality and Liability

It is the responsibility of the customer to protect and authorise the use of logon codes and passwords. Frontier Solutions will not and cannot take responsibility for customer logon code and password protection and use. Account customers are liable to pay all monies outstanding from the purchase of goods on their account by any person that used their user name or password. Non account customers please note: every order will require payment before shipment can be made. Therefore, in the unlikely event that you receive an order fraudulently placed on your account, please inform the staff at Frontier Solutions immediately. We will arrange the return of the goods as well as contact the relevant criminal investigation authority.

Errors & Omissions

Because of the dynamic nature of this industry (e.g. vendor price changes, currency fluctuations, and other variables beyond our control), prices, promotions, versions and availability advertised are subject to change without prior notice. Please be assured of our every effort to ensure the accuracy; however the documents and graphics published may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Frontier Solutions makes no representations about the suitability of this information; it is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. If an error is made or a product is listed at an incorrect price, Frontier Solutions shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, Frontier Solutions shall immediately issue a refund.

Return or Exchange of Goods

Return or exchange of computer software will gladly be accepted if the product is faulty or defective. Where the plastic seal is broken and the software is neither faulty nor defective the return or exchange will not be accepted due to copyright and licensing restrictions.

Return or exchange of computer hardware will attract stricter guidelines based upon third party constraints on Frontier Solutions. Confirm with Frontier Solutions prior to purchasing as to whether a computer hardware item is returnable, exchangeable or firm sale. We do not accept non-faulty returns on PCs and servers, notebooks, palmtop (PDA) computers, hard drives, CPUs and memory.

Where a manufacturer offers a money back guarantee, this will normally involve you sending the product back directly to the manufacturer, who will process the refund themselves.

Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at the discretion of Frontier Solutions, except where the Trade Practices Act of Australia makes allowance. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to returned goods.

Backorder Cancellation Policy

Please send all backorder cancellation requests to orders@telephonelinesharing.com or phone (03) 8684 9932. Except for "special orders", an order may be cancelled before it has left our warehouse with no cancellation fee. If the order has left our office, a fee may apply to cover courier and restocking costs.

Frontier Solutions may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand these terms and conditions each time an order is placed.

Electronic Newsletters

You can choose to subscribe to one of our FREE electronic newsletters. These newsletters are managed and distributed from our shopping cart system. To subscribe, simply check the box for each newsletter you wish to receive, provide your e-mail address and submit. As a subscriber to our newsletters, you also agree to receive advertisements, promotions, and special communications from Frontier Solutions and our sister company ergOZmic. You can remove yourself from our newsletter e-mail lists by simply following the "Unsubscribe" directions included in each newsletter you receive. Please be assured that information you voluntarily give us will not be shared with any third party beyond companies owned and managed by Frontier Solutions & Strategies Pty Ltd.

Deactivating

Any user receiving our electronic newsletter may opt out of our email list at any time by simply following the instructions to "Unsubscribe" within each newsletter or offering.

Reporting Unsolicited E-mail

Despite our concerted efforts to prevent unsolicited (spam) e-mail relayed through our servers, unsolicited e-mail may sometimes get through. Frontier Solutions & Strategies Pty Ltd NEVER sends unsolicited or spam e-mail. We view spam as a serious violation of privacy and a misuse of the Internet in general. If you receive an unsolicited e-mail with any of our domains (see below) please send it immediately to info@telephonelinesharing.com. Upon receipt of the email, we will do our utmost to track down the offender and take any actions necessary to stop spam messages.
